Physical Description
Brilyn is slightly short for a human, but she likes it that way. She has dark skin that is likely a result of spending nearly every free moment outside, working on her family's farm. She's not at all concerned with her appearance, other than her hair, which she carefully maintains. As such, she's most often messily dressed with perfectly groomed hair, which looks a little odd.
Personality
Brilyn is clever but naive, having spent all of her life up to now on her family's farm, surrounded by humans. She's cheerful almost to the point of annoying, especially to the grumpy, with a wicked sense of humor. When she finds a way to wind someone up, she just can't resist. She's kind at heart though, and won't annoy another to his/her breaking point. And she's quick to offer a compassionate hug or words of encouragement to a friend (or enemy) in need.
Brilyn loves to assign nicknames, and does so regardless of the recipient's opinion on the matter. She sees them as "her" name for people, and doesn't feel that the recipient should have any say. Once she's picked a nickname, which sometimes takes a while, as she usually gives the process careful thought and consideration, she never calls the person by his/her given name again. Except once, when a particularly grumpy Rogue insisted she stop with such ferocity as to take all the fun out of it.
